Artscape is one of the largest free arts festivals in the nation with thousands of people pouring into Baltimore every year to experience the culture. Here you can find different types of art and no one is ever left out.  I saw people dancing in the street to the beat of their own drums and the talents who were on stage. I also observed and overheard meaningful conversations. During this festival, I was able to capture many moments that I thought were memorable and could brighten up your mood just by glancing.
